Nonprofit Accountability: How to Structure Your Team

Accountable, productive organizations must be strategically designed; they don’t exist magically. Organizational accountability is an advantage for the leaders and organizations that establish and model it. Clear roles, employee ownership, team engagement, priorities and support must be established for success. This three-hour interactive session will dig into the process of building and managing organizational accountability.

Full participation in Nonprofit Accountability: How to Structure Your Team is valid for 3 PDCs for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM. Level:

This course is intended for beginners with little to no experience in the topic. Please keep in mind, the levels are simply a guideline. Please contact Chloe Perry at cperry@betternonprofits.org for specific questions about the level of this course.

 

BIO:

Chuck Carringer, Ph.D. is an executive coach, trainer and speaker. He specializes on the “people side” of leadership by helping his clients lead themselves, their team and the organization to new heights. Dr. Carringer is a founding partner of the prestigious John Maxwell Coaching, Speaking and Training Certification Program. He has extensive experience leading diverse teams and organizations. In addition to executive coaching, Dr. Carringer provides training on leadership and team development topics. He is also a frequent speaker at conferences and business gatherings.

Prior to coaching business leaders, he was a high school educator for 24 years. During his tenure, he served as a teacher, coach, athletic director, and principal. Dr. Carringer was inducted into the school’s Hall of Fame for setting a coaching record in boys’ basketball for the most wins. Under his leadership as principal, the graduation rate increased from 79 to 92 percent and the school successfully completed a $58M construction renovation project.

Dr. Carringer earned a doctorate in Executive Leadership, focusing his dissertation on executive coaching and leadership styles.
