Claiborne County Training: Effectively Leading Multiple Generations

Join ABN for our first training in Speedwell, TN. ABN members and non-members are welcome to attend. $25 for one attendee or three for $50. The workforce - staff and volunteers - is more generationally diverse than at any other time in history. Consequently, leaders face unique challenges related to communication, performance management, staff development, motivation, and more. Attend this interactive session to learn how to effectively lead multiple generations.

This course is intended for beginners with little to no experience in the topic. Please keep in mind, the levels are simply a guideline. Please contact Chloe Perry at for specific questions about the level of this course.



Chuck Carringer, Ph.D. is an executive coach, trainer and speaker. He specializes on the “people side” of leadership by helping his clients lead themselves, their team and the organization to new heights. Dr. Carringer is a founding partner of the prestigious John Maxwell Coaching, Speaking and Training Certification Program. He has extensive experience leading diverse teams and organizations. In addition to executive coaching, Dr. Carringer provides training on leadership and team development topics. He is also a frequent speaker at conferences and business gatherings.

Prior to coaching business leaders, he was a high school educator for 24 years. During his tenure, he served as a teacher, coach, athletic director, and principal. Dr. Carringer was inducted into the school’s Hall of Fame for setting a coaching record in boys’ basketball for the most wins. Under his leadership as principal, the graduation rate increased from 79 to 92 percent and the school successfully completed a $58M construction renovation project. 

Dr. Carringer earned a doctorate in Executive Leadership, focusing his dissertation on executive coaching and leadership styles.
