From Outputs to Impact: Measuring Success

Gain an understanding of the outputs and outcomes that grantmakers and other sophisticated donors expect organizations to achieve. Learn differences between quantitative and qualitative measures, how to develop a baseline for measuring positive change, and ways to track and report progress. Develop strategies that help keep promises to funders, report on shortfalls as well as positive results, and that help prep supporters for contributing to future participant needs.
