Too often, we feel tossed back and forth by the seas of change, reacting to what’s in front of us, with little time to dream and plan for the future. Take back control of your mission by learning the keys to successful strategic planning.  Having a strong actionable strategic plan is one of the surest ways to have staying power while affecting the change for which we are striving. When we are being proactive through strategic planning, it also helps us in our fundraising, board development, marketing, and operations, all while helping us demonstrate measurable impact.

Learning Objectives Include:

  • Understand the myths of strategic planning
  • Identify the keys and best practices of successful strategic planning
  • Create a plan to lift their strategic plan off the shelf and into practice using the RASCI framework

Please contact Samantha Amick at samick@betternonprofits.org for specific questions about the level of this course.
