Y-12 FCU Gives Foundation changes mission-Fighting childhood hunger

Y-12 FCU Gives Foundation was established by Y-12 Federal Credit Union, a

full-service financial provider headquartered in Oak Ridge, TN. The Foundation was launched July 17, 2017 and has provided over $100,000 in grants to non-profit organizations in the service area which includes, Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Knox, Loudon, Roane, Sevier and Union County. The focus of the Foundation was to provide grants in the areas of education, health and wellness and emerging community needs. 

Effective with the 2020 grant cycle the focus of the Y-12 FCU Gives Foundation will be, fighting childhood hunger. The purpose is to reduce the number of undernourished children in the communities we serve by providing them food, knowledge and resources.

Grant application requests are currently being accepted for organizations that focus on fighting childhood hunger until January 15, 2020. To complete a grant request and/or for additional information visit Y-12fcugives.org.
